my name is Rob. I'm on a disability pension.  I was having severe issues with my internet.  I called up Robert and he came out and noticed that I even though I was paying $99 per month, I was not actually getting my full speed I was paying for.  The whole time it was using the mobile backup internet which was under 5 compared to getting 50.  Robert then called up and advocated for me and was able to get Optus to fix the speed.  I then also found out my hard drive was stuffed and he replaced it with a newer model which made it way faster.

I had a computer technician before and he didn't know as much as Robert.  Robert went ove what he was required to do and literally also helped me remotely over 1 month later.  I can't speak more positive about him and knowing that he gave me free support for a month after gave me the peace of mind I needed.  Thank you SO MUCH Robert for what you've done and supported me.  He also tried again to recover files that I accidently lost without charging me again.  In total he charged me for 3 hours of work but I felt inclined to give him more as I was so appreciative.  Thank you so much.
